To start your estimate, we typically require architectural and/or MEP drawings (PDF or CAD), project specifications, and any special instructions or scope of work. The more specific your input, the more accurate and tailored your estimate will be.

3. How long does it take to receive an estimate?

Turnaround times vary based on project scopeand complexity. For smaller residential projects, we can often deliver within 2–4 business days. Larger commercial or multi-trade projects may take more then 5 business days. If you’re on a tight deadline, we’ll do our best to accommodate special requests.

4. Do you offer revisions or updates if project plans change?

We understand that scope changes are a natural part of construction projects. While special requests and expectations should be communicated upfront, we’re flexible with minor adjustments along the way. If your project involves significant revisions such as updated drawings or scope modifications, we offer adjusted takeoffs at a reduced cost. That means you won’t need to start from scratch or pay the full amount again; we simply apply fair pricing based on the extent of the changes
